Mount Wolseley challenging 18-hole Championship Course has matured beautifully with age and offers stunning views of the Carlow mountains and countryside. Designed by the late, great Christy O’ Connor Jnr, the Golf Course at Mount Wolseley is an idyllic and lush parkland course that tests every facet of the players’ games while also providing enjoyment.
Mount Wolseley House was constructed in 1864 and is the centrepiece of the resort. The course features water hazards on 5 of the first 6 holes as well as undulating greens which make it very demanding for all level of golfers. Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is one of Ireland’s finest destination resorts and the condition and presentation of the Championship Golf Course is a must for the avid golfer.
Mount Wolseley golf course is an 18 hole championship course designed by Christy O’Connor Jnr. The resort features a fantastic 4* hotel on site which is very popular with both golfers & non golfers due to the high standard of the resort and the treatments the hotel & spa offers. A very well maintained golf course with extensive practice facilities so there is no excuse for not being warmed up before your round of golf.
