It can vary from course to course however a lot of the golf courses will require a handicap certificate. We recommend that you bring a copy with you as you may be asked to produce it when you check in at the pro-shop.
Tee times will be requested at the time of booking and secured and confirmed within 48 hours of booking. When requesting courses, it may be necessary to change the order the courses are played or the requested days of play to enable us to get the best possible itinerary for your group. If any of your requested courses are unavailable, we will offer you a suitable alternative.
Golf Buggies can be requested and can only be pre-booked if the required golf course has buggies available. In a lot of cases buggies can only be pre-booked with a medical certificate. The majority of golf courses in Portugal, Spain and Turkey have a plentiful supply of buggies that can be booked locally.

Golf courses have the right to pair up players into 4 balls, particularly during peak seasons. If you are a group with numbers that do not divide into 4 balls, it is most likely that you will be paired up.
Most courses have a handicap limit generally 28 for men and 36 for ladies. This can vary from course to course with some requesting a handicap certificate at arrival to the Pro Shop.
As more and more of you like to book your own flights and airlines do not provide a preferential rate to tour operators, our packages do not include flights.
However we can add flights if you wish. Unfortunatley we do not receive any discounts or commission from airlines, so we levy an administration fee which ranges from €15 – €25 per person depending on group size and the airline chosen. This fee will be advised to you on request. Please note that when booking flights, the majority of the time we will require payment in full for the airfare and correct passport names in writing. Any name changes will incur a fee from the airline.
It can actually be simpler for you dealing with the airline direct as you can access your booking once made, whereas if we make the booking, you can’t see it online.
This can depend on the airline you travel with and the destination you are travelling to. In general Aer Lingus charge €80 return per golf bag for European destinations. Ryanair charge €60 return per golf bag for European destinations. Turkish Airlines allow free carriage of golf clubs on all of their flights.
