Aroeira is located in a preserved area and near a long stretch of beaches. In addition to the two 18-hole golf courses, golf school, clubhouse with snack-bar, golf shop, café and fast food and tropical swimming pool, the development offers accommodation in the form of apartments (known as Villas Aroeira) and private villas.

Villas Aroeira has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens that are practically and comfortably decorated. All the apartments have a balcony overlooking the course. Ground floor apartments have a patio and a private garden.
Aroeira is located in a preserved area, 25km from the centre of Lisbon and just 600 meter from the beach. It is the largest housing and golf complex in the Greater Lisbon area.

The estate covers 350 hectares, has thousands of pines and several lakes to go with a temperate microclimate. There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, a golf school, a friendly clubhouse with snack-bar, bar and golf shop, as well as apartments and villas, tropical swimming pool, four tennis courts, playground, shopping mall and a hotel is planned.
